There is one way to reach AnySkin, and a person reads it: jetunitbusiness@gmail.com. No account, no ticket number, no form.
Write to the address above. It helps to say which iPhone and which iOS version, and what you were doing when it went wrong — a scan, the skin check, Ivy, a purchase.
If a product scored wrong, say which one. The ingredient list behind a score is shared: everyone who scans that barcode sees it, so a correction helps more than the one person who reports it. The product page has a "report a problem with this list" link that fills in the details for you, and that is the fastest route for that particular case.
We cannot look up your account, because there is no account. AnySkin has no sign-in and no user records. Your profile, history, shelf and routine are on your phone, and what you ask Ivy is sent to be answered — the privacy policy is the long version of this, and it says what is sent and why.
That means a support message is the whole of what we know about your problem. Screenshots help for the same reason.
It also means we cannot restore anything for you. If a phone is lost or the app is deleted, that data is gone. Profile → Back up my data writes a file you keep, and it is the only other copy there is.
Apple handles the money, not AnySkin. We never see a card number and we cannot issue a refund, change a price, or cancel a subscription on your behalf — those are all Apple's to do, and Apple's alone.
Cancel in the Settings app: your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you paid and the app still asks you to subscribe, tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen first. If that does not open it, write to us — that one is ours.
Suggestions are welcome at the same address.
One thing is not on the table: we do not take money from brands to change an Ingredient Score or to place a product. That is in the terms, and it is the reason the scores are worth reading at all.
